Bodywork
As a Licensed Massage Therapist with more than 7 years in practice, I offer skilled, compassionate bodywork, tailored to meet your needs.
I am trained and experienced in Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, prenatal and postnatal massage, cupping, and Reiki.
Yoga
I specialize in “warm” vinyasa, (think power vinyasa with a softer delivery), prenatal yoga, and trauma informed yoga. My classes offer a balance of calm relaxation and strength building heat. I encourage my classes to take what they need and leave the rest on the mat.

I offer birth consultations, breastfeeding classes, and lactation support, as well as birth doula support for a limited number of families per year.
